For patients and families
Use QwikCare to purchase a COVID-19 prescription encounter for yourself or for a family member. After you complete a brief screening on your iPhone, a licensed Lemur PBC provider reviews your responses and, when it is safe and appropriate, issues a one-year COVID-19 vaccine prescription that you can present at participating pharmacies.
For providers
Lemur PBC routes encounters to licensed clinicians by state. Providers review structured safety screens, can request clarifying details by text or phone, and issue prescriptions only when they meet clinical standards. QwikCare is designed to support clear documentation, not replace professional judgment.
Information for pharmacists
QwikCare patients present a signed prescription PDF from a Lemur PBC provider who is licensed in your state. Prescriptions may reference currently recommended COVID-19 vaccines consistent with ACIP and CDC guidance. Pharmacy policies and state rules still control whether, when, and how vaccination can be provided.
- Patients should present the signed prescription PDF and government identification for verification.
- Pharmacists may contact Lemur PBC using the contact details printed on the prescription if they need to confirm information.
